Unlike other sports, table tennis does not lead to strong physical contact between players and so it has a very low risk of injury. Playing table tennis is very gentle for your body and everyone can enjoy it. There is no age or gender barrier. In table tennis, a 60-year-old veteran can still have a fun game with a 15-year-old junior, and female players can play competitively male players. At our club, we provide basic and advanced exercises in table tennis, and we organize weekly matches between all levels of experience for everyone to have fun and stay healthy. Everyone is welcome to our club.
